1. Phone Consultation
Start by speaking with a member of our admissions team. We’ll guide you through our programs, discuss your needs, and gather initial information about the potential resident.
2. Forms & Medical Records
We’ll provide the necessary forms for completion and request relevant mental health records to ensure we have a full understanding of the individual’s history.
3. Virtual Assessment
Once we receive the required forms and records, our clinical team will review them to determine eligibility for an assessment. If approved, the potential resident will meet virtually with one of our clinicians. Following the assessment, we’ll determine the next steps for admission and the start of their journey at Rose Hill Center.
